  I come here maybe four times a month in season and spend minimum £20 (but more likely £50+) per visit but today I promised myself to not return here again ever.
  
  There are some lovely people working here, the older gents are ever so helpful and occasionally a friendly lady (Georgina I believe, waited on me before I left and she was very friendly with a smile) but the last four (!) times I have been have been a let down. So what's wrong with customer service here?
  
  The ladies in the cafe are miserable to no end, I'm not sure if they volunteer as I just cannot believe any business build be so overly staffed up yet offer such slow and depressing service. My two year old has better manners for Pete's sake. Which brings us to what should be a lovely soft play area - it's just that the "rules list" on the wall is a mile long and include no jumping and climbing on the soft play toys!!! That literary defeats the purpose of a soft play area - sigh. I can see why though as playing children could very well be offensive when you're eating but don't put a soft play area in!
  
  Further, many I have asked for advise have not been able to answer my questions or fetch a colleague to help and this is probably the biggest bugbear, well up until today.
  
  Today I was made to feel really stupid as I hadn't kept a receipt and attempted to get a non functioning solar device exchanged (not refunded!) the lady serving me was huffing and puffing about how they just can't do this and only this once would she do it and next time I better bring the receipt.
  
  I have myself worked in retail, I know there are times when you have to say no to a customer but if you gonna exchange the product for being faulty don't give me attitude, but rather apologise that it wasn't working and that I had to make a return trip to have it exchanged! Or, apologies that you are not able to exchange the product - just drop the negativity and attitude ladies. It can't make you happy either.
